Great Company Events Amazing Company Culture What You’ll Be Doing: Visiting residential customers to explain and provide solutions for sewer and drain issues Establishing strong relationships with new customers by delivering thorough and precise information about services and costs Developing precise sales proposals Negotiating and nearing transactions Mastering industry trends and customer needs Reaching and surpassing ambitious sales targets What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in-home services Sewer and Plumbing knowledge Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and follow-up skills Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals Financial savvy and the ability to evaluate job profitability Experience in working with large ticket items Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and attentive to detail Knowledge of the plumbing systems is a plus A strong team player with the willingness to learn new procedures and skills High school diploma or equivalent Neat, clean-cut appearance Willingness to pass a background check and drug test Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice Note: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
