REMOTE / TRAVELING OPTOMETRIST ROLE IN the Bronx, NY A well established eye care company is looking to hire motivated, personable Optometrists to provide vision care to their client base in Bronx, NY and surrounding areas. This would be for 3+ days a week, depending upon availability. Practice Opportunity Details: • Earn up to $900+ per day working flexible hours, increase salary by increasing patient load. There is always a full roster of patients available. • A medical assistant will be assigned to work with you to provide assistance throughout the workday so that you can focus on the clinical aspects of the job. • Flexible Schedule - part-time, full-time, or even just a couple hours one day per week • Set your own schedule, determining the days and hours you work. Evenings and Weekends not required. • They pay for your malpractice Insurance • Compensation for tolls, and mileage • Compensation for relocation • Sign on bonus They arrange patient scheduling, billing and all other administrative matters, allowing Optometrists to focus on patient care and education. Optometry services will be provided at local nursing and rehab centers within your geographical area. Qualifications: • Doctor of Optometry • Licensed in New York • 1+ years of experience preferred; Recent graduates welcome to apply • Experience working with elderly patient population a plus • Ability to work independently • Trustworthy and dependable Job Types: Part-time with the possibility of moving to full-time, Contract Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per day Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: • Bonus pay Work Location: On the road
