Key Responsibilities: Lead continuous human resource planning processes aligned with corporate mission and business priorities Oversee employee lifecycle management, performance management, and total rewards management Manage HRIS, people policies, and global workforce needs Required Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience in human resources and people operations at a senior level Experience in fast-growing SaaS Software and/or healthcare organizations Experience leading and developing Human Resource Information Systems Demonstrated experience leading and building teams Experience managing remote employees and leveraging video conferencing software
