The Director of Student Mnistries will support Mountainview’s mission of Glorifying God, Growing in Jesus, and Going into the World.This part time (20-25 hrs/week) position will be a key role of the Family Ministry department, with the anticipation this will grow into a full time role. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Work collaboratively with the lead pastor and staff team of Mountainview Christian Church Oversee our student ministries (middle school and high school). Key leader of the weekly gathering and youth events throughout the year. Key leader in equipping and developing a growing team of volunteer leaders and ministry volunteers Identify and disciple key student leaders. Be a key leader, incorporating Mountainview’s mission, vision, and values intoour student ministry department. Develop positive relationships with students and their parents.
