About the Position We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to join our organization. This experienced sales leader will have strong sales execution acumen and deep experience in modern B2B inside sales operations, including specific roles and motions from Information Qualified Lead (IQL) to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) managed by a team of specialists. The ideal candidate will bring incredible drive and technical expertise in managing and optimizing a sophisticated sales funnel, ensuring seamless transitions through each stage. This role will also focus on cross-selling, channel partner expansion, key channel partner management, and coordinating with marketing on targeting digital marketing initiatives. What Youll Do Responsibilities include: CRM Management: Lead the design, flow, management, and output of sales data in the CRM. Source data, build, and track campaigns; adjust quickly as needed. Oversee marketing lead generation inflows and the sales process of leads. Design and generate reports, manage workflows. Implement and manage a targeted and named account program. Sales Strategy and Planning: Support the VP of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies, sales plans, and growth targets. Identify market, channel, and product/service opportunities. Design and optimize the sales organization plan. Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to increase sales performance. Analyze industry and competitive trends affecting sales. Lead Generation and Sales Rep Support: Work closely with the Lead Generation Manager to ensure seamless lead qualification processes. Support lead generation reps to connect with potential clients and generate IQLs. Provide support and resources to sales reps to ensure effective engagement with leads and prospects through the sales funnel. Extensive experience in supporting lead qualifications teams. Sales Quotas and Performance Management: Assist in setting quota frameworks, designing individual quotas based on territory, channels, sales levels, and products. Conduct monthly quota achievement reporting and consultation, including closing metrics and quota metrics. Sales Performance and Reporting: Review sales performance monthly, targeting and forecasting management. Design CRM reporting to generate sales results data. Coordinate learning and insights to Sales Management and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Work with Finance to review sales commissions for accuracy. Manage sales forecasting in coordination with Finance. Technology and Process Improvement: Establish sales policies and processes. Identify, evaluate, and implement sales operation technologies to improve sales performance and efficiencies. What Were Looking For Education Bachelors degree. Experience 10+ years of experience in sales operations with progressive career elevation. 5+ years in a senior manager or director-level role in a B2B sales environment. Competencies Strong technical expertise in modern B2B inside sales operations, including lead qualification stages (IQL, MQL, SQL). Proven track record of enhancing sales performance and boosting overall sales numbers. Extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Salesforce. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Continuous improvement orientation. High competence with Microsoft Excel and strong MS Office skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
