We are searching for a dynamic leader with real estate experience to hire, onboard, train, and inspire all of the team's sales associates with the aim of business growth and individual agent success. To expand our company into a top real estate team, we need someone prepared to hire top agents. To have 24 transactions per agent at the end of their second year, you will train and grow the team by 5–10 agents each year. At least three years of sales management and recruiting experience, ideally in the real estate industry, are requirements for our ideal applicant. Responsibilities: • Support our marketing team with opportunities for agent marketing according to their specific needs• Educate salespeople on how to structure their phone conversations, deal and lead management, and creating plans for each lead• Identify potential new salespeople who would be a great addition to our team by working with a variety of brokers• Answer questions about contracts and matters relating to brokers• Acquire the knowledge, familiarity, and ability to converse about the Workman Way approach of managing and achieving success in one's business Qualifications: • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities• Stays organized and manage time well• Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred• 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in real estate Compensation: $90,000 About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
