Leading the expansion of Meat town by creating new branches in various locations, including Florida, other states in the United States, Venezuela, Colombia, and the Caribbean Islands. Coordinating strategies, studying the market, and leading the recruitment of personnel responsible for the construction and adaptation of new branches. Supervising and following up on construction tasks, as well as ensuring the optimization of processes in the operation of new branches. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; 5 years of experience in project and business development. Traveling a minimum of once a month to Venezuela, Colombia, and the Caribbean Islands. Leading the sales force team to seek new locations and hire personnel for market research and recruitment of staff needed for the construction and adaptation of new branches. Managing the company's new businesses and improving the procedure manuals for both the headquarters and new branches, ensuring that operations are efficient and in line with the company's policies and objectives. Being a strategic leader and construction expert with management and leadership skills, capable of leading and coordinating Meat towns expansion to new locations and ensuring its efficient operation. Developing and maintaining commercial relationships with suppliers and potential customers. Identifying business opportunities and evaluating their profitability and viability. Identifying and evaluating competition in each market and developing strategies to compete effectively in each one. Planning, directing, and coordinating the company's global operation. Developing and presenting periodic reports to the executive team and the board of directors on the company's operation and performance. Establishing and supervising key performance indicators for each of the company's operations. Identifying and evaluating new market opportunities and developing expansion strategies. Working with the company's research and development team to identify new product opportunities and develop plans for their launch. Establishing and supervising internal control systems and internal audit processes to ensure financial integrity and protection of the company's assets.
