Job Description Director of Nursing We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in a facility with over 125 beds. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in skilled nursing management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain a positive and professional environment that promotes staff development and teamwork. Monitor patient care to ensure it meets professional standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency. Manage the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff. Develop and manage the nursing budget to ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and nursing activities. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in skilled nursing management. Experience in facilities with 125+ beds. Current RN license in good standing. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
