Key Responsibilities Lead influencer strategy and build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Develop and maintain a roster of preferred talent and manage the casting process Mentor and manage a team of influencer managers, fostering their career development Required Qualifications Extensive experience in influencer marketing or related social media field Proven experience in a senior management role Experience with talent budgets and pricing strategies Strong relationships with creators, influencers, and their agents Experience working directly with big brands and senior clients
