A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Operations - GSO. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage commercial operations programs, processes, and communications to maximize sales team effectiveness Serve as the principal operational intermediary, fostering collaboration across multifunctional teams to support brand objectives Analyze business reports and metrics to identify methods for improving P&L through operational efficiencies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 6 years of management experience with direct reports Five years in the optical industry, preferably in the lens segment Proven project management skills with large-scale projects Minimum of 2 years of additional experience related to the functional area
