Currently, we are partnered with a preferred client in New Mexico in search of a highly talented Director - Cardiovascular Services. Job Summary: The Cardiovascular Service Line Director is responsible for directing all aspects of the Cardiovascular operations including managing and mentoring staff developing and enforcing policies and procedures, preparing and maintaining accreditation and accountability for the program's budget and productivity. Minimum Education: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA are strongly preferred. Minimum Experience: Seven years of healthcare experience with at least three years of experience in a leadership role. Experience working in a for-profit hospital is strongly preferred. Previous leadership, program development, budget and productivity, and clinical experience required. Must possess strong human relations and interpersonal skills. Licensure: Current NM RN license. Certification: BLS, ACLS required. This is a full-time exempt position. Screening Questions: 1. What are you looking for in your next career move?2.
