We have the following direct care opening available for the right professional: WHERE: McKeesport WHEN: Flexible hours available on Saturdays and Sundays, up to 10 hours each day PAY: $15 - $17/hour to start, based on experience; mileage also paid REQUIRED SKILLS: must have direct care experience working with mentally challenged adults and a car and be willing to take client into the community to enjoy outings weekly BENEFITS: -Flexible schedule (“sweet spot scheduling” based on your preferences and availability)-Limited Traveling: Our Caregivers typically do NOT travel more than 10 miles to any client -Paid training and orientation at full hourly rate -Bonuses (i.e. referrals, quarterly performance) -All staff earn paid time off -IRA Retirement plan -Health insurance plan -Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time -Holiday Pay and Shift Differentials-24/7 On Call Support from a dedicated on call coordinator -E xceptional onboarding process and ongoing administrative support from a committed, responsive and accountable leadership team In a world of average, we are extraordinary .Why?
