JOB SUMMARY Responsiblefor improving the customer buying experience through the delivery of new webfeatures and enhancements. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, develop,and implement the eCommerce product road map. Oversee day-to-day operations ofthe Digital Product Management team. CORE JOBRESPONSIBILITIES Develop and mentor a team of Product Owners to effectivelyevaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test new eCommerceinitiatives to improve the customer experience. Work closely with IS to plan and manage the release of new websitefeatures and enhancements. Oversee day-to-day scrum activities to identify and create newfeatures and enhancements. Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact, or escalation,within the eCommerce organization for cross-functional partners. Create and maintain the eCommerce product roadmap to meet thecurrent and future needs of the customer and the business. Foster cross-functional relationships with stakeholders throughoutthe organization to gain support for the eCommerce product roadmap. Work with stakeholders to execute and drive adoption andutilization of new systems and products. Solicit feedback from stakeholders to support continuousimprovement efforts. Management responsibilities include: Typically, manages throughmultiple Managers. Provides leadershipand management to one or more major departments of an operating unit or to adepartment that has system-wide accountability. Strategic, tactical andoperational planning (12 + months) for the function or department; Direct budgetaryresponsibility for one or more departments, functions or majorprojects/programs; Interpret and executepolicies for departments/projects and develops; Recommend and implement newpolicies or modifications to existing policies; Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performancereviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs,assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistentapplication of organizational policies. Education Bachelor's degree. Relevant Work Experience Atleast 8 years of eCommerce experience managing technical projects or programs. Atleast 4 years of experience directly managing people including hiring,developing, motivating, and directing people as they work. Additional Experiencewith Agile development methodologies, developing business use cases, userstories and/or strategic planning. Experiencemaintaining product ownership and providing support for features andenhancements, post-go-live. Experienceleveraging data and analytics to evaluate current performance and identify gapsin eCommerce product offerings. Experienceapplying understanding of web technology fundamentals. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, orrelated field. Experience implementing best practices related to eCommerceprojects. Experience applying understanding of web technology fundamentals. Prior experience with user acceptance testing (UAT).
