Digital Banking Specialist I & II Job Type: Full-time We are currently seeking talented individuals for the positions of Digital Banking Specialist I and Digital Banking Specialist II within our dynamic Digital Banking Department. Located in Roseville, CA, these full-time roles offer the successful candidates an exciting opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional digital banking services. Depending on experience and qualifications, applicants will be considered for either the Digital Banking Specialist I or Digital Banking Specialist II position. Digital Banking Specialist I: As a Digital Banking Specialist I, you will work under the direct supervision of the AVP, Digital Banking Supervisor. Your primary role will involve supporting the seamless operation of the Digital Banking Department by handling online account applications, performing client outreach to resolve inquiries, and addressing all client escalations concerning online account opening and digital banking products and services. You will ensure adherence to Bank policies and federal regulations while maintaining a professional interaction level both internally and externally. Digital Banking Specialist II: In the Digital Banking Specialist II role, you will also operate under the guidance of the AVP, Digital Banking Supervisor but with added responsibilities. You will handle exception-based online account applications, troubleshoot non-routine digital banking issues, and work directly with internal teams and third-party vendors on technical escalations. Your critical thinking and advanced technical skills will play a key role in upholding the bank's compliance and service standards. Qualifications for Digital Banking Specialist I: ~ 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution's back-office, preferably in online account opening/digital banking ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ~ Qualifications for Digital Banking Specialist II: ~ 2-3 years of relevant back-office experience ~ Advanced technical support proficiency ~ Processing online applications and performing fraud prevention checks Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of bank policies and regulatory requirements Ensuring attention to detail in all job functions to minimize risk Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
