At Oak Creek, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. Our guiding motto is leading with integrity, empowering people, delivering outcomes. Job Description: Responsible for food purchasing, meal production, and timely meal service. Direct and supervise all dietary personnel including hiring/firing, orientation, training, work schedules, etc. Conducts employee performance reviews. Conduct daily kitchen inspections to ensure the foodservice production area is safe and sanitary. Inspects storage areas on a weekly basis for proper temperatures, cleanliness, and order. Properly document department activities and submit reports to administration as required. Work with the facility Administrator to meet budgetary guidelines. Participates in department head meetings.
