Look no further, W:L Construction, Inc.has the perfect career opportunity waiting for you Job Description Summary :Multi:functional position, incorporating the performance of mechanic duties on various pieces of machinery and operating equipment. Requirements :Experience working on construction equipment, preferably asphalt paving equipment:Able to work flexible hours as required this includes overtime/weekends and holidays:Able to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and must be able to get along with your co:workers:Able to follow written and oral instructions:Must have own tools up to " drive mechanical and pneumatic and other tools required to perform job tasks:Must be able to stick weld mild steel as a minimum requirement:Able to use cutting torches and all other shop related tools:Able to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics:Hydraulic and electrical system trouble shooting and diagnostic skills required:Basic computer skills for Excel based systems and/or OEM diagnostic systems:Able to use hands and fingers to manipulate objects/climb ladders/work at heights/stoop/kneel/crawl/crouch and move objects up to 50 lbs:Able to wear PPE as required to perform job duties safely:Must have state issued drivers license for up to 26,000 vehicles:Able to follow the safety policies of West Virginia Paving Inc./prime contractor and companies we perform work for:These requirement are not all inclusive and may be changed as deemed necessary:Attendance required according to company attendance policy to ensure crew is able to operate at normal efficiency level.:Attitude/Cooperation: Must always maintain a courteous and professional manner with co:workers, customers, public.:Ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes. Overtime work required. Out of town/county/state work may be required.:Initiative to perform/assist with other positions for job completion.:Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
