We are seeking a dedicated and professional Desk Nurse to join our team for the PM shift. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage the nursing station during the PM shift. * Coordinate resident care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare teams. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. * Respond to resident and family inquiries with empathy and professionalism. * Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed. * Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications: * Valid RN or LVN license in CA * Prior experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
