Overview JST is currently seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position at the Hanscom Air Force Base (AF. This is a contingent position based on a successful contract award. Job Summary : The Deputy Program Manager (Deputy PM) for the Cyber Support Services program will support the Program Manager in all aspects of program management, serving as the secondary point of contact for government communications and assisting in the execution of program tasks. The Deputy PM will ensure that program activities align with contract requirements and provide support in managing personnel, schedules, and resources. Deputy Program Manager Responsibilities Serve as the secondary point of contact for program management communications in the absence of the PM. Assist the PM in managing program execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with host unit processes and government requirements across all supported locations. Support the PM in managing contractor-Government relationships and in ensuring all task requirements are met. Maintain staffing and resource plans to support program requirements and address any personnel gaps promptly. Assist in managing the IDE and ensure all project data is accurately maintained and secured. Support coordination of regular meetings and communications, including preparation of status reports and updates. Ensure all personnel meet required skills, certifications, and security clearance requirements. Assist in the development and maintenance of the Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS). Deputy Program Manager Qualifications Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management within DoD environments. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certified (v3 or higher) preferred. Experience in IT or cybersecurity program management is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to support complex project execution.
