The Role: They are looking for an Deputy Manager to join the transitional brain injury rehabilitation service. Collaborating with the Manager/Therapy team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to individuals post-injury, helping them achieve their goals. Responsibilities: Support the Manager/Therapy team in delivering exceptional service to individuals post-injury. Cultivate a positive, dynamic, and high-quality care environment. Mentor junior staff and manage teams in adult social care ages 18-65. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Care coordinator, Care Supervisor, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or in a similar role. Experienced in managing teams in adult social care. Hold or be willing to work towards NVQ/Diploma level 3, 4, or 5. Experience in mentoring junior staff.
