They serve as advocates for all of those in our Northeast Ohio community, especially the most vulnerable. Job Summary: Provide quality dental treatment to Care Alliance patients. Oversee clinical areas of operations and represent CAHC in the community by participating in CAHC sponsored outreach events. Task Responsibilities: *Include but are not limited to:* Participates as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.* Perform exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient's health.* Meet with patients and instruct them on proper oral care.* Provide required dental care as needed.* Develop treatment plans to address dental health issues.* Measuring and fitting dental appliances* Referring patients to a specialist if needed* Responsible for dental records to review events and determine interventions and solutionsRequirements: Minimum Education and Experience: Required: * Graduate of an accredited school of dental and Current State of Ohio Dental License* Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population base.* Eligible for Medicaid/Medicare provider status.* Strong clinical background.* Expertise in denture fabrication, extractions, complex restorative and patient management.* Excellent oral and written communications' skills* Excellent interpersonal skills* Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.PI3445bd6a6032-29448-32500196PDN-9c6c587e-a528-4a5e-bfe5-bbd1efe443ab
