Best-in-class: x-rays with Dexis sensors; cone beam at all locations with Dexis OP3D. iTero 5D Plus and/or the newly released iTero Lumina. In-house milling with Glidewell’s FastMill, which allows for same day delivery of pre-sintered zirconia crowns. DCI Series 5 chairs that come fully equipped with integrated electric motors for restorative and endodontic procedures. Piezos built-in to each chair, as well. Best-in-class materials and products via Kerr (i.e. Simpleshade), 3M (i.e. retraction paste), Coltene (Alpen burs), and many more. Provide ortho via Invisalign with a predictable system as part of training. Vivera retainers are considered standard at Dentologie (the retainer offered for the supreme quality). The ideal candidate would be a skilled doctor focused on providing excellent comprehensive dentistry, be a positive impact to the employee culture, and be an amazing person! Here at Dentologie, we truly believe that the foundation of an amazing patient experience is an amazing employee experience.Preferred for an elevated associate role: At least 1+ years of practice experience. Confident and/or comfortable doing Molar Endo or Implant placement/Bone grafting Ability to show a production average of $55k/month over last 6-12 month(s). Very comfortable with managing 2-3 patient chairs along with 2-3 hygiene chairs. Skilled in comprehensive treatment planning. High level of proficiency in quadrant dentistry. Excellent time management skills. Good at providing direction to clinical team along with receiving feedback. We are growing quickly as a group here in Chicago (currently 12 office locations, all PPO) with an active patient base of 40,000 patients and seeing over 1,500 new patients per month! Responsibilities: Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes. Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities. Correct bite issues and overcrowding. Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners. Prescribe medications for dental problems, such as pain medications or antibiotics. Order diagnostic measures, such as x-rays, models, etc. Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes, or mirrors, to examine and treat teeth. Keep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the tx rendered to them. Manage positively and openly communicate with other staff members to provide outstanding care to patients. Diagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases. Routinely follow-up with patients whom you’ve provided treatment via phone or email. Manage patient experiences, patient expectations, circumvent negative experiences and create positive outcomes for those experiences. Qualifications: Active Illinois state dental license (and malpractice insurance). Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records. Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools and thorough tx planning skills. Strong inter-personal and leadership qualities. Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient. Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work. Ability to adapt to Dentologie’s learning environment and be willing to accept constructive feedback and guidance - eager to further enhance your skillset.
