We are looking for an individual who believes in making a difference in their community while working alongside other passionate providers. _x000D x000D_Qualifications:_x000D_- Current PA License_x000D_- Current DEA License _x000D_- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records_x000D_- Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision. _x000D x000D_Practice Information:_x000D_This Health Network in Clarion, PA is a Federally Qualified Health Center that is TJC accredited. We are celebrating our 39th year of embracing excellence in healthcare. We strive to assist our patients toward a fuller, healthier lifestyle.
