Exceptional Compensation: Schedule: Monday - Thursday, optional Friday's if you want more hours Great Pay: Earn between $55-58/hr, reflecting your experience and skills. Monthly Bonuses: Generous bonus program! Key Qualifications: Laser Certified: BIG BONUS if you are certified to use dental lasers and enhance your ability to provide top-tier patient care; not required. Anesthesia: BIG BONUS, not required to apply, but would love it if you are currently enrolled in an anesthesia course! Top-Notch Clinical Skills: Demonstrated excellence in clinical dental procedures. Operatory Productivity: A strong understanding of what you produce in your operatory. Perio Knowledge: Proficiency with periodontal numbers and knowledge of acceptable industry standards. Bilingual in Spanish: Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred, enabling you to communicate with a diverse patient base effectively.
