You’ll be responsible for picking up and dropping off new products for our customers using predetermined routes and schedules. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: • Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of new products for our customers• Check orders before and after drop-off to make sure deliveries are completed correctly• Follow predesignated routes, schedules, and traffic laws to deliver products• Assure customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experience• Make delivery reports as needed• Provide terrific customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person• Maintain the cleanliness and ensure the scheduled maintenance of the company van• Retention calls by phone and in person Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills and time management skills• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds• Must have graduated high school or received equivalency • Preference for candidates with prior delivery driver or related job experience• Valid U.S. driver’s license in your state and a clean driving record• Sales experience Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly About Company: Family-owned and operated. Specializing in High-Quality Dry Cleaning and Customer Service. Currently have two locations. Professional member of Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute. We do home and business delivery as well. Serving Orange County since 1976.
