JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount. Coordinates, develops, and implements annual direct marketing plan. Responsible for overseeing all direct marketing efforts using the player tracking system. Manages and coordinates daily marketing promotions and game-level special events. Responsible for manipulation of database, evaluation, and testing of plans established within direct marketing plan. Maintains and develops customer tags, prize codes, and promotion codes in the Casino Marketplace Program to ensure effective analysis of marketing programs. Oversees the creation of marketing and advertising collateral associated with promotions and/or special events. Acts as a liaison with the Slot Department in monitoring the usage of E-promo dollars to maintain financial compliance. Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan and the creation of the marketing budget. Works closely with all members of Marketing Staff including Player Development and Player’s Club to ensure programs are effectively coordinated and communicated. Supervises and participates in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training process for departmental personnel. Ensures that staff evaluations are accurate, completed timely, and detailed. Maintains liaison with the MIS Department as it relates to approval of implementing direct marketing programs into the Casino Marketplace System. Maintains liaison with the Delaware State Lottery Commission for all marketing activities. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Performs all other duties as assigned. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Three (3) to Five (5) years of direct marketing or related experience. Must be able to successfully complete the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems is required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Maintains confidentiality with regard to employee concerns and sensitive department information. Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal, customer relations, and effective communications skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and/or execute written, verbal, and/or demonstrated directions, explanations, and guidance. Experience and/or exposure to long-term planning and proposals to senior management a plus. Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time. Powered by JazzHR
