We are currently seeking a Data Product Manager to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee (US:TN), United States (US). As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the process of developing, launching, and optimizing their products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics, user experience, and market trends to guide the development and optimization of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross:functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with client objectives and leverages data insights.: Develop a product roadmap that prioritizes features and improvements based on data analysis and client feedback.: Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends.: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data:driven recommendations.: Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation through in:depth data analysis.: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products and features.: Write detailed product requirements and user stories based on data insights and stakeholder input.: Ensure that product development is aligned with the strategic vision and goals.: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate product concepts.: Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.: Advocate for the customer, ensuring that their needs and pain points are addressed in product development.: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.: Facilitate cross:functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.: Manage expectations and negotiate priorities among stakeholders.: Define and track product success metrics, using A/B testing and other methods to evaluate feature performance.: Continuously monitor and analyze product performance post:launch, making iterative improvements based on data.: Implement best practices for data:driven decision making across the product management team. Basic Qualifications: : 5+ years of experience in product management: 5+ years successfully managing and delivering complex projects for clients.: 4+ years with project management tools and data analytics tools: 4 + years experience with software development processes and/or methodologies : Ability to travel at least 25.
