Data Management, CAD and GIS Systems Technician - Leicestershire£250-275 day rate - Full Time and Part Time available Duties/Responsibilities: As a Data Management CAD & GIS Systems Technician you will be responsible for the production, development and management of plans, reports and data which are required for the successful delivery of the County Council's Corporate Asset Management Plan. You will be jointly responsible with other members of the team for the core property data in our Property Asset Management System PAMS and the relevant systems for the production of 2D Auto CAD floor plans and GIS Mapping for the County Councils Property Assets. The role will include but is not limited to the following: Completing on-site measured surveys of properties across the County in order to prepare 2D Auto CAD floor plans. Working with Computer Aided Design CAD and Geographical Information Systems GIS mapping systems. Use of PAMS and other related systems to ensure accurate recording of all property data with attention to detail, whilst assisting in identifying issues and contributing to their resolution and reconciliation of data between systems. Responding to land ownership enquiries, whilst understanding and providing legal ownership data from title deeds and Land Registry documents. Supporting and implementing changes to the systems; updating policy and process; ensuring integrity of information; co-ordinating testing and developing guidance To find out more information please contact Billy at xyz X@.
