Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.Job Description: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing advanced IT infrastructure operations support. Your day to day activities will include monitoring and maintaining server architectures, ensuring optimal performance of server operating systems, and managing infrastructure event management. You will also be responsible for data center provisioning, ensuring seamless integration with other IT components. You must have some proficiency in IT Infrastructure. Having proficiency in Server Architectures, basic proficiency in Server Operating Systems, proficiency in Infrastructure Event Management, and advanced proficiency in Data Center Orchestration Provisioning will be advantageous. Provide IT infrastructure operations support Monitor and maintain server architectures Ensure optimal performance of server operating systems Manage infrastructure event management Ensure seamless data center orchestration and provisioning This role is on-site at a Data Center in Melbourne, FL and applicants must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs.Applicant will have access to export-controlled material and must be a US person defined as a US citizen, US permanent resident, or has achieved refugee status or been granted asylum in the US.Qualification Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience with IT Infrastructure Operations, Server Architectures and Data Center Orchestration and Provisioning High School diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Infrastructure Event management Server Operating Systems Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
