Customer Support Trainee Job Duties: Engage with prospective customers and personalize your approach to build trust and rapport during the enrollment process Clearly explain the benefits and features of our clients services and answer any questions or concerns Collect and verify customer information and ensure all compliance standards are met during the enrollment process Identify opportunities to enhance the enrollment process and upsell when appropriate Stay up to date on industry trends and pertinent client information Collaborate with fellow Customer Support Trainees on ways to improve the process for future enrollments Customer Support Trainee Requirements: A minimum of 1 year working in a client or customer support role is highly preferred The ability to maintain a calm and confident demeanor while interacting with customers The ability to think on your feet to answer customer questions or concerns to increase enrollment rates Experience in a leadership role preferred, however training is provided for those looking to gain experience A goal oriented mindset and determination to complete a task or project High school diploma or equivalent required Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
