A company is looking for a Customer Support Team Lead. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of customer support representatives to provide prompt, professional, and courteous support Monitor team performance to ensure key performance indicators are met Develop and maintain relationships with customers and external partners Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of people or project management experience Experience building data reports within systems like ZenDesk Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry, including blockchain technology and major cryptocurrencies Experience working with CRM systems and support ticketing software Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
