Our client is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join their team. This role offers the chance to work on meaningful challenges within a flexible environment, alongside a talented peer group. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Maintain and cultivate existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. New Client Launch: Coordinate and manage the launch of new clients, ensuring successful and timely implementation. Account Monitoring: Monitor and react to account activity, proactively gauging client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Business Development: Assist with efforts to expand the business, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and client ROI. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and quarterly client service reports, tracking applicable metrics and trends to measure success. Ideal Candidate Profile: HR Expertise: Sufficient experience in human resources or corporate environments, familiar with recruiting, screening, selection, retention, development, and related systems and technologies. Communication Skills: Remarkably articulate, well-written, with strong presentation skills. Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and manage both internal and external resources effectively. Relationship Building: Experience generating and sustaining C-level relationships. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with excellent written communication and presentation skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or communications preferred.
