A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Revenue Cycle. Key Responsibilities: Support new customers through onboarding process for quick processing of production claims and eligibility checks Provide ongoing support to existing customers via dedicated channels, triaging requests for assistance Contribute to documentation, identify product gaps, and utilize data to enhance customer experience Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within digital health Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or product management Subject matter expertise in RCM processes like eligibility checks, claim submission, and ERA processing Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a proactive approach Ability to match the organization's fast-paced environment and prioritize customer relationships
