Customer Support Officer - Manchester Based Hybrid Working Arrangements Responsibilities: Do you want to work in a role where no two days are ever the same Do you want to be part of a friendly dynamic team with a varied skill set who provide efficient, friendly customer service and advice As a Customer Support Officer, you will form part of the Customer Contact Centre team for Transport for Greater Manchester. Acting as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders you will handle all queries and requests received into the Tf GM Contact Centre, via telephone or in writing. Point of contact for the public dealing with queries via telephone and email Dealing with booking transport Booking and providing travel passes Making journey reservations Creating travel plans Dealing with contactless payment queries Requirements: Transferable skills which we are seeking include: excellent written Communication Verbal communication The ability to work using several different systems at the same time. You’ll be a strong team player who can also work effectively on an individual basis.
