We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and supporting our office and field personnel to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This is an in-office position. What We Have to Offer / Benefits: Medical insurance - 75% employer paid Supplemental insurance options 6 Paid holidays 80 hours of paid time off Professional development Employee appreciation events Company hoodie Business casual work attire, closed toes shoes Position: Customer Service Specialist Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30 pm Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience What you will be doing: First on phones Positive friendly communication skills to talk with customers Determining needs of customers Data entry of customer information and service needs Using Service Titan daily - our cloud-based CRM Scheduling service calls Calling customers and scheduling annual maintenance services Calling customers to confirm the arrival times of technicians On rotation to take after hour calls (7 x per month) Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 2 years of customer service experience Scheduling coordinating experience Computer skills Impeccable phone etiquette Ability to multi-task and stay organized within a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the HVAC, construction, or similar industry desired Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment *** PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE DIRECTLY *** customer service, admin, administrative, support, customer support, client support, client services, answering phones, receptionist, coordinator, dispatcher, csr, customer rep, green company, high tech, energy efficiency, scheduler, appointment generator
