You miss 100% of the jobs you don't apply forVolt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative in Dublin, CA.As a Customer Service Representative, you will: * Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team. * Communicate with customers via phone, email, video conferencing to provide overall customer satisfaction. * Assure accurate and timely processing of customer orders so that all orders are shipped on time and in full. * Responsible for logging orders received and shipped daily and working with Supply Team for product availability. Addresses and resolves any conflicts in order, inventory, and/or shipping. * Generate reports on sales targets, activity, and related metrics. * Process orders and follow through on transfer processes assuring accurate and timely flow of product. * Research and act upon quotes on freight as needed, working with various carriers for timely and cost-effective delivery. * Review accounts receivable payments, identifying discrepancies and partnering with A/R team on clearing deductions. * Address and resolve customer concerns, assuring positive outcomes. * Use knowledge of products to answer inquiries or to forward to appropriate individuals. * Establish and maintain involvement in industry associations for insights and opportunities for the brand. * Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, customers, and parent company. * Performs other related duties as assigned. * Provides administrative support to sales team.This is a full-time, Temporary opportunity.The ideal candidate will have: * Minimum 1 years' experience in a relevant role at a consumer-packaged goods business with national and international distribution preferred. * Customer service experience required. * Ability to adapt to changing conditions and demands. Ability to handle multiple priorities. * Emotional intelligence. * Self-motivated and able to execute independently. * Detail oriented yet Big Picture driven. * Travel required for in-person meetings as needed. * Team player with excellent collaboration skills. * Strong problem solving, analytical, and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. * High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. * Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills. * Ability to adapt to multiple computer systems and analytical tools. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).Salary: $26.00/hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
