JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) :Answers calls in Customer Service phone que:Processes orders and sample orders from Sales Team:Issues credits/debits and returns:Provides quotes, MSDS Sheets and Certs:Works through cases in Sales Force:Ability to support specific customers as directed:Answers basic technical questions:Processes literature requests through MyHarris:Scans sales documentation into ERP system:Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy. BASIC REQUIREMENTS :Required : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years of related experience and/or training.:Preferred : Associates degree with two (2) years related experience and/or training.:Customer communication skills and problem solving skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word:Selected candidate's Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experience.
