RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data Creating and processing sales in a timely manner Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Excellent attention to detail High level of confidentiality and discretion when working with customer information Display a high level of initiative, curiosity, and creative thinking. Have experience and/or knowledge of the energy industry. Have prior Data Entry or Administrative experience. Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Have experience operating basic office equipment.
