STM – a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes FAST – a distributor of tapes and related products for the framing, architectural, signs, and trophy markets. SBM – a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate. Position Responsibilities Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating to customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Thorough product knowledge so that you can answer questions. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with sales managers and sale reps as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. CSR Requirements: Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset.
