The Role: We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact in our clients journey with Express. Therefore we are looking for customer service advisors, who can genuinely connect with our clients, while getting things done. You will be responsible for client experience from first contact until signed up and the file is transferred to a solicitor. Working towards targets you will be rewarded with achievable commission paid on a monthly basis. About You: Are you a customer service superstar and excel at giving a first: class service? Do you have a background in either retail, call centres, hospitality, financial services or claims management? Are you happy to assist clients on either the telephone or face to face, discussing their injuries and obtaining details about their accident? Do you enjoy building strong relationships whilst also being able to objection handle? Are you super organised and able to handle multiple enquiries at a time?
