Customer Service / Inside Sales Professional At Bug Zero, Pest Control has been our passion for over 30 years! We love what we do, so we do it with care and a commitment to excellence! It is all about serving our clients and protecting their homes and businesses. Our Customer Service professionals are excellent at building relationships and spend most of their day on the telephone interacting with clients. They also manage our technicians routes, communicate and sell our service to prospective new clients, problem solve, assist with Accounts Receivable, and other administrative duties, as needed. Requirements Minimum 2 years of customer service experience and a stable work history Some college Helpful, cheerful personality and voice on the phone Friendly, energetic and positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong computer skills Good problem-solving skills Skilled at using MS Office, Internet/Email, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software Benefits Generous pay that includes commissions and bonuses 1st year realistic earnings of $38-$42k Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance benefits Retirement plan with company match Comprehensive paid training program Paid Holidays Paid Vacations and Personal Days Monday-Friday Bug Zero is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug Free Workplace.
