Customer Service Lead Logistics - Gloucestershire Based Agile working available Responsibilities: Leading and motivating a customer service team dealing with customer queries. Contributing to a customer driven culture of continual improvement. Establishing clear and transparent processes for monitoring work and measuring results to meet customer needs. Acting as a point of escalation for calls, queries and complaints and proactively ensuring these are resolved in line with business policy and regulatory guidelines. Assisting with the ongoing review of processes and risks to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively, reducing transactions costs and risks to the business. Supporting the Service Manager to deliver the significant and exciting change programme that GIS Healthcare is undergoing. Requirements: Experience as a manager with a background in logistics and distribution. Passion, a great attitude and cares about making a difference. Experience of line management, supervision, delegation and performance backssment. Experience in administration and using administrative management systems. Customer focused business planning and delivery. The ability to work under pressure and deal positively with stressful situations. The ability to solve problems, think on their feet and make decisions quickly to keep the operation running.
