Every customer will benefit from the promotions we execute in addition to our Government Assistance Program. Demonstrate high-level customer service skills and assist in any troubleshooting with the customer or client Support the sales team by providing solutions and ideas Update, renew, or create new accounts for potential customers Following up on customer inquiries and complaints that have not been resolved Additional duties as assigned.
