Position: Customer Service Agent Lead Life On The Job This position is a rotational, year-round based in King Salmon, AKIn the role of Customer Service Agent Lead, you will oversee and support the customer service agents (CSAs) to carry out all functions of the ticketing counters including managing and booking reservations for passengers, luggage, and cargo, processing payments, performing data input, generating reports, and resolving customer service issues. This is a public facing role that interacts with large volumes of customers in person, over the phone, or by email. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a 10-year background check and to work in the US. Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds.
