What role will you play as a member of theCustomer Development team? As theCustomer Management Specialistsupporting the Home Improvement Indirect and Professional team, you will help to grow sales, increase the share of market, improve services, and identify supply chain efficiencies. You will support this team, communicating our corporate and brand strategies, understanding customer objectives and strategy, and ultimately ensuring maximum profitability and a plan where we all win. Youll help develop and present business plans and understand and refine plan implications and customer input to better build growth through increased market share and financial return. What you will do :Identify areas of opportunity for products and programs, help develop Customer Marketing strategies that incorporate consumer insights, and have an awareness of competitor activity to create promotional strategies:Partner cross:functionally with internal teams, brokers, and the customer retail team, leading with mutual trust and integrity to achieve deliverables and execute against strategy and goals:Seek opportunities to improve and propose creative solutions. Be able to adapt and adjust the strategy with the customer, revisit objectives and gain insights from pre and post evaluation and return on investment analyses to ultimately incorporate findings into future strategies:Understand business trends in each account through fact:based analysis on brand share, pricing, promotion levels, and trade class development along with understanding the efficiency of different investment levers:Working to support and enhance different tools and capabilities built in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite. Required qualifications :Bachelors Degree:3+ years in sales roles or adjacent experience:Solid understanding ofMicrosoft Excel and Google Suite (i.e. Sheets, Slides, Docs):Strong analytical background:Knowledge and expertise of eCommerce selling methods Preferred qualifications :Familiarity working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account:Experience working in consumer product goods Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range 66, : 90, USD Pay is based on multiple non:discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job:related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit:sharing and, for Executive:level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long:term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
