Key Responsibilities Develop, write, and manage Help Center articles in collaboration with cross-functional teams Identify gaps in content and implement solutions to enhance user experience Lead the design and execution of content-related projects while operating independently Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in content creation, preferably in a technical or customer support environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience working with cross-functional teams Systems thinker with an understanding of interconnected components
