You will play a pivotal role in educating families on available assistance with afterschool costs, and interacting daily with Third-Party Agencies, our program operations team, and qualified families to provide support in completing the required steps to receive funding. We are looking for a detail-oriented person who can multitask while meeting strict deadlines. Responsibilities for this position: • Create, collect, maintain and track detailed electronic and paper records • Provide support to customers, field operations and government agencies. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local agencies and company policies and procedures. • Recording, analyzing, summarizing and interpreting financial information • Coordinate the Financial Assistance Program • Manage equipment and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues Qualifications: • Must be professional, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt/respond to different situations. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word programs • Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple projects with similar deadlines.
