CT Technologist Job Description We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform radiology and CT scan procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail. Under the direction of the Radiologist, you will perform a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation. You will assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures required and recognize the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a Technologist. Perform examinations on patients of various ages from neonate to geriatric. Key Responsibilities: Perform radiology and CT scan procedures with minimal supervision Assume responsibility for designated areas or procedures required Recognize the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one Perform examinations on patients of various ages Requirements: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) and (CT) certification Associate Degree in Radiology Technology Program State of Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist About HCA Florida Lake City Hospital: HCA Florida Lake City Hospital is a 103-bed acute care hospital serving Columbia, Hamilton, and Suwannee counties and surrounding communities.
