Job DescriptionStaffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring for a full time Relationship Manager position working for information services company in Downtown Denver. A summary of the position details includes:Responsibilities: * Primary contact for onboarding new customers, provide support post go-live * Work with Project Management, Technical, and Operations team to set up software platform per customers' requests. * Provide feedback based on customers inquires for product and service improvements Qualifications: * 3+ years of SAAS experience * Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to drive engagement and mitigate client churn. * A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required * Empathetic, positive, self-driven attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals Compensation and Benefits:The compensation for this position starts at $22.00 an hour.
