Responsibilities:• Design personalized strength training programs for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities.• Purpose: To help clients improve their strength and overall fitness level effectively.• Provide guidance and supervision to clients during strength training sessions to ensure proper form and technique.• Purpose: To prevent injuries and maximize the effectiveness of the workout.• Conduct fitness assessments to track clients' progress and adjust training programs accordingly.• Purpose: To measure clients' improvements and tailor programs for continuous growth.• Stay current on industry trends and research to incorporate new techniques and methods into training programs.• Purpose: To offer clients innovative and effective training strategies.• Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support.• Purpose: To help clients stay committed and motivated throughout their fitness journey. Qualifications:• Must have experience in the fitness industry.• US Work Authorization is required.• CrossFit Level 1 Certification is preferred, but not essential.• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.• Must have the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.• A High School Diploma or GED is necessary. Compensation: $25 - $45 hourly About Company: Wine Country CrossFit is a functional fitness facility with 15 years of experience close to downtown Napa. We are professional, agile, and support members on their fitness journey. Our goal as a company is to build health, well-being, and confidence through functional fitness. We host transformation programs, nutrition programs, and offer a community-based fitness experience. We value learning and growing as trainers and coaches. We provide continuing education for full-time coaches, and we engage in in-house training on a monthly basis. We are a gym that focuses on mobility, and as an employee here you will grow and learn about how to mobilize your own body, and in turn those in your classes.
