This team will understand the business drivers as well as Salesforce feature set, and develop and implement a roadmap for the various business areas leveraging Salesforce. Responsibilities include: Work with business partners to understand priorities and staffing capacity Lead the team to implement planned projects - analysis, configuration, development Understand Salesforce product roadmap Understand industry trends Create and manage MathWorks Salesforce roadmap Provide R&D for new features, business needs, and app exchangeproducts MathWorks nurtures growth, appreciates diversity, encourages initiative, values teamwork, shares success, and rewards excellence. Responsibilities Manage systems analysts and web developerssupporting the Salesforce system Work with systems analysts to develop Salesforce roadmap for different business areas Work with business area liaisons to understand their goals and requirements Work with Salesforce contacts to keep up to speed on Salesforce roadmap Manage Salesforce developers to design and implement solutions that balance business needs with technical simplicity Qualifications Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Experience with product roadmaps Experience with Sales and Marketing domains Experience managing Systems analysts and developers Salesforce Certifications a plus Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 2 years management experience is required.
